Note:
Accompanying Persons will not be entitled for any certificate or KIT.
Other registration charges include-attendance in the Conference, scientific session, trade fair, lunch on conference days, Banquet, certificate of attendance & Conference KIT.
Cancellation Policy:
Upto 15th April 2025, 75% refund of registration fee.
Upto 15th May 2025, 50% refund of registration fee.
Upto 15th July 2025, 20% refund of registration fee.
After 16th July 2025, no refund will be given.
All refunds will be paid after the completion of conference.
Transfer charges for cancellation for refund must be covered by participants.
